Free Blue Jay Crochet Pattern

After a recent visit with my grandmother I spent some time contemplating a cute crocheted gift that she would enjoy. She is a big bird lover so I finally decided on creating an adorable baby blue jay. I worked up this little guy within just a few hours (all while chasing around my 1-year-old) so it shouldn’t take you too much time. You can change up your color choices to create a different kind of bird if desired. This pattern allows for a lot of creativity. Enjoy!

Rosemary’s Butterfly Crochet Pattern

On September 4th, 2015 something incredibly unbearable happened. A beautiful soul departed from this earth and left behind a twin sister, a grieving mother and father and numerous family members with heavy hearts. One of my sister’s beautiful twin girls, Rosemary, had passed away. The pain and shock associated with Rosemary’s passing is not something I can even describe, just from an Auntie’s viewpoint. I can’t imagine the depths of her mother’s and father’s pain.

Free Drawstring Carrot Pouch Crochet Pattern

Alright, alright. I waited a bit last minute. I threw these cute lil carrots together today, with just a few days until Easter, with the intentions of gifting them to my adorable nieces. I plan on filling them with some goodies, of course. These worked up super quick- I was able to finish two carrot pouches within 1 hour, all while chasing after my energetic 1-year-old son. These are perfect last minute pouches and can be gifted to family, friends, and even to all of your child’s classmates. I hope this pattern is easy for you to follow.

Chubby Bunny Crochet Pattern

This adorable little bunny brings a whole new meaning to the words chubby bunny! He is super cute, easy to work up and would make a great addition to any Easter basket. I used fun fur and worsted weight yarn to work up this little guy. I know, fun fur is not everyone’s favorite, but if you give it a chance and take your time it’s 100% worth a try!
